A highly experienced marketer, insight consultant and strategist, Sarah has worked client-side for Mars, Scottish Courage and Volvo, as well as holding executive positions at Cello Group and Insitas.

Life is very full (and full on) with little ones but it’s where I feel most fulfilled. Keeping fit and listening to podcasts help me ‘do me’ plus seeing and making new friends in my new city.

Making time for my ‘anchors’ – that is, doing the things I love that really anchor me, to me – is fundamental. These include one-on-one catch ups with loved ones, visiting my favourite areas of London, cooking new recipes and looking after my home and house plants.

William has extensive experience across both agency and client-side roles. While previously based in Hong Kong, William worked on numerous multi-market studies, and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

I am a life-long learner and am always trying to grow, both as a creator and as a person. In my spare time I like to play video games, attend concerts, support the Los Angeles Dodgers and Angel City FC, and watch as many movies and shows as I possibly can.

Our microprocessor-based world is certainly magical, but the mechanical age’s charm still fascinates me; I enjoy bicycling, film photography, woodworking, wood and canvas aircraft, and mechanical watches. Sharing my enthusiasm with others and triggering ‘Aha’ moments gives me great joy.

The most important things to me are my family, friends, and my dogs! Having grown up in the countryside, exploring London has become one of my favourite things to do and I’ve loved trying all the things it has to offer.

Fun and laughter are very important to me! I like to make sure there’s enough for everyone. I also enjoy whizzing about on my bicycle, exploring places, organising stuff, any sport that doesn’t require any skill, and plagiarising the odd tune.

Spending quality time with family and friends is extremely important to me. I enjoy playing with my kids, taking long walks with the family, going to the beach to swim and playing a few rounds of golf.

Embracing and supporting diverse, tolerant and giving communities, and having a keen sense of curiosity are important to me. My passions outside of work include the visual arts (including making my own mixed media pieces), traveling, nature, music of all kinds – from Handel to iLe – and baking.

I’m passionate about actively spending time outside through running, biking, swimming, or hiking. And when I’m not outside, you can find me throwing on the pottery wheel, getting lost in a book or movie, or cooking dinner with my family.

Living my life with love and compassion is my top priority. I really enjoy connecting with the outside world, whether it’s meeting new people or exploring new places with my loved ones (I’m a huge fan of the national parks!).

Balance is important to me, just the right amount of family, friends, alone-time, work, exercise, idling, seriousness and silliness. You might be surprised by the amount of time I spend thinking about skateboarding.

Being open-minded and inquisitive are essential. I have a passion for – and am most happy when – discovering new places, cultures and cuisines!

I like to make a difference; drawing on my own experiences to have meaningful conversations about a myriad of topics. Art, food, wine, and sports are passions of mine. And of course my two daughters, whose ever-changing needs and personalities are endlessly exasperating!

Keeping a positive outlook and being optimistic is important to me. I’m the annoying friend who looks for the best in situations rather than letting you just rant about a problem. My favourite definition of an Optimist is someone who figures taking a step backwards after taking one forwards isn’t a disaster – it’s more like a cha-cha! That definitely sums it up for me!

Forming genuine, trusting relationships with others is essential to me. A few things I love are socialising, cooking and football – but I’d rather play football than watch it, it’s all in my control then!

The idea of community and collective responsibility is important to me – appreciating that ‘no man is an island’ and we should all be doing our part to help, raise and support others. Outside of work I try to live playfully, as inspired by my kids. Whether it’s splashing in muddy puddles, scooting down a hill or painting our faces.
