Best Companies to Work For 2018

We were delighted to hear this week that we were in the top 100 Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For again this year, maintaining our very respectable position in the top 50.

It’s a fantastic achievement to make the top 100 for the third year running. Importantly, the information we get from the survey that all our staff filled in last year will again help us shape our plans to make ours an even better place to work in the future.

Our score in the Sunday Times list is down to the answers people give in the staff survey, but us actually being a great place to work is down to the people who work here and how we work and play together. So, thank you to all of them for everything they do to keep it that way.
